With over 50 years of legal experience, Mr. Cerilli is a seasoned Rhode Island attorney with extensive knowledge in business and bureaucratic matters, particularly in the Caribbean region. His role at Certex Consultants involves governmental relations, coordination with local authorities, and facilitating business formation processes. Mr. Cerilli is a graduate of Boston College and Boston University, and a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association for 51 years.
Jim Walsh

With over 35 years of management and logistics experience, Jim Walsh brings a wealth of expertise in client relations, project management, and disaster recovery missions. His extensive background includes leadership roles in the US Army Corps of Engineers and managing logistics for large-scale incidents. Jim's areas of responsibility include Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
Henry M. Diamond III

Henry Diamond boasts over 35 years of investment and management experience across various industries, including hospitality, logistics, and energy management. As a principal of Pathway Capital Partners, Henry specializes in corporate formation, mergers, and enterprise management. He holds a BA in Managerial Economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.
